Club Standards

Measure your performance against standards that take into account age/gender differences. Sew-on badges are awarded to those achieving a standard.

The standards levels are:  Super Platinum; Platinum; Diamond; Gold; Silver; Bronze & Iron

The race distances are :  5k; 10k; 10 miles; half marathon & marathon

The times are strict: one second slower is below the required age grade. Age grades use the WMA/WAVA age factors, from Howard Grubb's WAVA 2006 tables.
