We're a community club for road, trail and track runners, from first-timers finding their feet to club runners chasing a personal best.

We have 4 sessions per week, each with it's own flavour and they all allow for a wide range of paces.

More than the miles

Post-run coffees, club social events, and the chance to run with fellow Striders at local, national and international races keeps everyone connected.
