Race Terms and Conditions
Conditions of Entry to the Stamford Striders 30k
There will be no refunds, this primarily a race for club runners who understand that the entry monies are spent on suppliers to be able to ctage the event for your benefit.
By entering this race I declare that I am medically fit to run and that it is my own personal responsibility to only run on the day if I am medically fit to do so. I understand that I run entirely at my own risk and I declare that I will not hold Stamford Striders or any officer or member liable for any injury, loss, damage action, claim, cost or expenses, which may arise as a result of my taking part in the race.
I understand that the race will be run mainly on public roads and that the roads will be open to normal traffic for the duration of the race.
I accept that my personal data will be held on paper and on a computer by the club and passed to others as required for the proper running of the event.
I accept that the race will be held in a public place and that by entering the race I consent to being photographed during and in connection with the race and that name ane age category will be publicly listed as an entrant and in the race results.
I understand that Stamford Striders operate a no refund policy, but, subject to the Race Directors discretion, transfer of my place to another runner might be allowed.
I understand that the Race Director has the absolute right to cancel the event on safety grounds at any time, including after the race has started and that the Race Director's decision is final. Refunds will be available in the event that the race has to be cancelled for reasons outside of our control..
